My latest study is based off a young lady who posed for me from Toowoomba, Australia. I aim to inspire the acceptance of the natural body through feminine shapes and elaborate shadowing. Our skin tells the story of our journey in life and should be celebrated. I use high contrast in my works to visually and emotionally explain my thoughts on existence. I've chosen a warm white thick paper to create on and find it to present a smooth and delicate finish with my unique charcoal brushing technique. The detail in my work is best appreciated in person as I use fine brush strokes and lines.
This art piece is sealed with high quality fixative and ready to be placed in an elegant frame to match. This piece will also fit a standard size A2 frame (suitable for all budgets). All my art pieces are packaged, insured and shipped with great care.
