Artwork Description

The former capital Yangon, known as Rangoon during British rule of Burma now Myanmar is a busy place. Yangon is economically the most important city of the country. The majority of its global trade is conducted through its port along the Irrawaddy River. Often during the most intense heat, Sai Kaa (bicycle) drivers seek refuge in a shaded area to escape the intensity of the tropical sun, to have a well deserved rest. Sai Kaa Driver IV is one of a series of four.
