The Dhammayangyi Temple is the largest of all temples in Bagan, with the attraction of the Twin Buddha statues signifying the Buddha of the past & of the present. The entire site is a UNESCO World Heritage site which at its peak saw over 10,000 temples, of which approx. 2,000 have survived. A significant archaelogical site.
